Procurement

Sorting & Cleaning
The coconut are cleared off the unwanted husk and carefully sorted according to weight and size.
Packaging
The Semi Husked coconuts are packed as per requirement of the client either in Jute Bags or polypropylene bags with 25 nuts in each.
Fumigation
To comply with international food safety protocols Health & safety of the end consumer, the Container is fumigated with insecticides
Inspection
Pre-Shipment inspection is done for quality, quantity and conformity verification at the time of loading. And Phytosanitary certification, certificate of origin is obtained
Loading
The packed bags are carefully loaded one by one into the container under inspecton , a sample of the goods is sent for quality testing & the container is seal locked
Free On board
The Container is transported from the farm to the loading port depending upon the destination port and stipulated time.
Delivery
Finally after the transit once the vessel carrier reaches the destination port , the goods are available for collection upon submitting the Bill of lading.
